Hours of operation Policy
Please be aware that Marie Land’s business hours are from 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST, Monday-Friday. Business days exclude weekends, holidays, and vacation periods.
Payment Authorization Policy
By making a purchase, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the card used for payment and that you authorize the processing of your order.
No Refunds Policy
I acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Once payment is made, the sale is irreversible. If the client chooses to cancel the order the design process will cease, and the order will be delivered as is.
Service Description Acknowledgment
I have read and acknowledged the description for each service I purchased.
Order Communication
I acknowledge and agree that if I’m not in communication within 5 days of purchasing or haven’t provided requested information, my order will be canceled with no refund.
Restarting Services
I acknowledge and agree that to restart my services, I’ll need to pay an extra $25.
Revision Requests
I acknowledge and agree that I only have 24 hours after the service is completed to request any revisions allowed within the service I purchased.
Limitations of Revisions
I acknowledge and agree that after 24 hours, Marie Land will refuse any revisions. Revisions are limited to minor changes, such as changing colors, fonts, and images.
Project Finalization
I acknowledge and agree that once I’ve approved my website design via email, the project is considered complete and finalized. Any further changes will incur an extra charge.
Turnaround Time Policy
I have read and agreed to the Turnaround Time policy, which includes processing times. Monday-Friday. Business days exclude weekends, holidays, and vacation periods.
Design Sharing
I acknowledge and agree that Marie Land has the exclusive right to share any and all designs on our social media, website, and other platforms.
No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
Understand and agree that there are NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES once my order (service) is purchased.
